I chose to work with Siobhan because I was showing up for everyone else while quietly losing myself. On the outside, I was responsible and dependable, but internally I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of who I was becoming. I knew something needed to change, I just didn't have the clarity or confidence to do it alone. Through coaching, I realized that choosing myself isn't selfish, it's necessary.
